I'm an associate professor in the department of computer
science of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and an
associate researcher in the Millenium Institute for Foundational
Research on Data. I received my PhD in the University of Edinburgh
on 2013. My research interest has to do with mathematical foundations
of data management, web data and data science. I received the Cor
Baayen Young Researcher Award from the European Research Consortium
for Informatics and Mathematics and a BCS distinguished dissertation
award for my phD thesis. My research has also been highlighted with
a Best Paper award at PODS 2011 and a Best Research Paper award at ISWC 2019.
